Wrestling Shoes
Wrestling shoes are required for all wrestlers to wear on the mats, during matches and practices. (Recommend to not wear shoes outside. It ruins the shoes and the mats)


Headgear
Headgear is required for all wrestlers to wear during matches and practices


Water Bottle
All wrestlers are required to bring their own water bottle to every practice and match. Staying hydrated keeps our athletes safe and ready to train. 

 
Wrestling Shoe Covers
Recommended not required, to keep shoes from getting ruined walking outdoors.


Knee Pads
If needed, not required.
